Payment Policy: A booking amount of ₹2,500 per person must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining amount is to be paid on the day of departure.

Verification Policy: Government-issued ID must be verified before boarding. No boarding will be entertained without a valid Government ID.

Conduct Policy: No act of misconduct or indiscipline will be tolerated during the tour. Travelers are expected to maintain good conduct throughout the trip.

Natural Calamity Condition: RangRoute will not be responsible for delays or alterations caused by natural or indirect circumstances such as natural hazards, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political closures or other unforeseen incidents.
