Detailed Itinerary

Day 0 – Departure from Delhi

Assemble at the designated pickup point and meet your trip captain.

After a short tour briefing, begin the overnight journey towards Shimla.

Day 1 – Shimla to Chitkul via Sarahan

Reach Shimla in the morning and freshen up.

After breakfast, continue the journey towards the Kinnaur region.

Proceed towards Chitkul through the scenic mountain roads.

En route, visit Shri Bhima Kaali Temple at Sarahan and explore the surrounding Himalayan landscapes.

Continue towards Chitkul and reach the village by evening.

Check into the camp/hotel and relax.

Enjoy dinner followed by bonfire and music.

Overnight stay at Chitkul.

Day 2 – Explore Chitkul and Baspa Valley

After breakfast, head out to explore Chitkul and its surrounding areas.

Visit the scenic locations around the village and enjoy views of the Baspa River and surrounding Himalayan peaks.

Take a walk through the village and experience the traditional architecture, local culture and peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Enjoy some leisure time for photography and exploring the valley.

Return to the accommodation in the evening.

Day 3 – Chitkul to Kalpa

After breakfast, check out from the accommodation and begin the journey towards Kalpa.

Enjoy the scenic drive through the Kinnaur Valley.

Reach Kalpa and check into your accommodation.

Spend some leisure time exploring Kalpa village and enjoying the spectacular views of the Kinner Kailash mountain range.

Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, traditional architecture and scenic Himalayan landscapes.

Return to the accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 – Kalpa to Shimla and Return Journey

After breakfast, check out from the accommodation.

Enjoy the final views of the Kinner Kailash range before beginning the journey towards Shimla.

Continue towards Shimla through the scenic mountain roads.

From Shimla, begin the return journey towards Delhi.

A ₹2,500 per person advance payment is required to confirm your seat.

The remaining amount must be paid before boarding with RangRoute.

Quad Sharing: ₹11,000 per person

4 people in one room with an extra mattress.

Triple Sharing: ₹11,500 per person

3 people in one room with an extra mattress.

The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, natural hazards and other unforeseen circumstances.

Travel through the Kinnaur region is subject to road and weather conditions.

Any changes to the itinerary caused by landslides, roadblocks or other circumstances beyond human control may result in additional expenses for the traveler.

Cancellation Policy

No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made from the client's side.

Payment Policy: ₹2,500 per person must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining amount is payable before departure.

Verification Policy: Government-issued ID must be verified before boarding. No boarding will be entertained without a valid Government ID.

Conduct Policy: Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated during the trip.

Banned Substances: Narcotics and banned substances are strictly prohibited during the tour. RangRoute and its organizers will not be responsible for any adverse consequences.

Natural Calamity Condition: RangRoute will not be responsible for delays, alterations or indirectly incurred expenses caused by natural hazards, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political closures or other unforeseen incidents.

Departure Policy: Travelers must report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. IDs will be verified before boarding.
