Day 1 – Departure to Udaipur

The journey begins in the evening.

Assemble at the designated pickup point and begin the journey towards Udaipur in an AC Deluxe Bus / Traveller.

The journey will be an overnight journey towards Udaipur.

A dinner halt will be taken during the journey at your own expense.

Day 2 – Udaipur Sightseeing

Reach Udaipur and check into the hotel.

Freshen up and relax at the hotel before heading out for sightseeing.

• Karni Mata Ropeway

Explore the beautiful lakes, royal architecture and cultural attractions of Udaipur.

In the evening, you can either enjoy the cultural and folk art performance at Bagore Ki Haveli or explore the local flea market.

Return to the hotel.

Dinner will be served followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 – Jawai Leopard Safari

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast.

After breakfast, leave for Jawai.

The journey from Udaipur to Jawai takes approximately 3–4 hours.

Reach Jawai and enjoy an exciting leopard safari.

After the safari, explore the surroundings and visit Jawai Dam.

After sightseeing, depart towards Udaipur.

Reach Udaipur and have dinner before the overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 – Bahubali Hills & Fateh Sagar Lake

After breakfast, leave for Udaipur local sightseeing.

Payment Policy: ₹2,500 per person must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining amount is payable before departure.

Verification Policy: Government-issued ID must be verified before boarding. No boarding will be entertained without a valid Government ID.

Conduct Policy: Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated during the trip.

Banned Substances: Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey due to the health and safety of fellow passengers.

Natural Calamity Condition: RangRoute will not be responsible for delays, alterations or indirectly incurred expenses caused by natural hazards, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political closures or other unforeseen incidents.

Booking Transfer Policy: Booking transfers are not permitted. Only the name mentioned at the time of confirmation will be allowed to travel.

Luggage Policy: Travelers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings. RangRoute will not be responsible for missing items during the tour.

Departure Policy: Travelers must report at the pickup point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure. IDs will be verified before boarding.

Air Conditioning Policy: Air conditioning may be switched off in the hills, and the driver may switch off the AC when required for traveler safety and ease of travel on uneven or difficult routes.
